Gregg has represented the City of Sioux Falls in connection with the $535 million Lewis & Clark water pipeline project and Water Delivery Agreements with Lincoln County Rural Water System and Lewis & Clark as well as the design and implementation of impact fees. Gregg has also represented the City of Sioux Falls in the creation and implementation of various Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts as well as Business Improvement Districts.
In addition to experience with TIF and BID Districts, Gregg has created and represented numerous other special entity districts including Water Development Districts and Roadway Districts.
Mr. Greenfield has formed and represented over 150 closely held businesses and advised such businesses with succession planning and other owner matters.
Gregg has represented various owners in connection with the redevelopment of downtown property, and has represented the developers of numerous residential developments including Garden Village, Willowbrook, Summer Creek, Prairie Green, Baseline Heights and Prairie Hills South.
An addition focus is the representation of General Contractors and Subcontractors on numerous multi-million dollar construction projects.
